Updated Seattle and Bellevue CBD Maps Both the Seattle CBD (Central Business District) and the Bellevue CBD were updated during the fall of 2011.  Please note that the new SR99 tunnel route appears on the Seattle CBD, a feature that will change the landscape of our dynamic downtown area.  Each map is $19.95 in paper and $29.95 laminated.  The maps can be easily customized and quantity discounts are available for multiple copies.  Both of these maps are part of a larger framework we refer to as Integrated Mapping, which covers the entire City of Seattle and East Side.  Portland Central Business District Map Kroll's Portland CBD map was compiled using data provided by the City of Portland, high resolution aerial imagery, and field checks.  The map is available as a single copy for $19.95 in paper and $29.95 laminated.  Also available is a version of the map, at the same price, highlighting the Portland CBD neighborhods by color. Perhaps the most useful feature of this map is the manner in which we can easily customize it for you.  Please review the samples below as representative of some of the strategies that can be used to communicate your information.
Often times we are asked to provide maps with actual building photos in order to communicate the character of the property.  Our real estate clients often list other information in text box such as square footage available, seed tenants, etc.  These customized maps can be printed out in multiple sizes, or delivered as PDFs for you to distribute.  Custom layers are kept as on hand as proprietary files for you to revise and update.
	Representing the benefits of a given location within Portland's sophisticated transportation network can involve the use of custom overlays to represent freeway onramps and offramps, access points, and mass transit features.
Integration with high resolution aerials is one of the options for your customization.  Aerial photos, blended with these current map features (e.g., building names, directional arrows, etc.) give our clients an added option.
	One of the lesser known options that we can provide is to represent data base queries on the map as another custom feature.  The adjacent sample contains a user highlight that represents parcels with buildings constructed prior to the year 1900.
